Before choosing your flight, please read the notes below.

• Vouchers are valid for 9 months from date of purchase.

• We offer a wide range of available flying dates, all bookings are subject to availability. If the day required is not available alternative dates will always be offered. 

• Bookings may have to be changed by us due to bad weather, and your gift voucher will stay valid. 

• If you need to change your booking for any reason you must contact us AT LEAST 1 week before the flight, failure to do so my result in a delay rescheduling your flight.

• Any cancellations within a 72 hour period before the flight will result in a voucher being unable to be refunded or re-used for another date.

• Should you have any further queries please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always available to assist you.

• All vouchers have a validity period. Refunds can be requested within 7 days of purchase unless the flight has been booked.  Refunds after this period will be at our sole discretion and will be subject to a £25 or 25% (whichever is greater) administration fee. Note that refunds can only be made to the original purchaser. Refunds will not be made to a voucher holder who is not the original purchaser.
